Now, let’s talk about the process and what to expect!

Once you apply, you will undergo an interview process with the I Am Second team. This helps us get to know each other better and ensure this is a good fit for both you and the I Am Second team!

Upon acceptance into the ambassador program, you can get excited about attending the Ambassador’s Summit each summer! This is a time to get to know the I Am Second team, and other ambassadors and to learn tools to be an effective representative of Jesus.

As you dedicate your time on campus to making disciples, anticipate weekly rhythms of engaging your campus with the gospel.

Even Jesus did not do things alone, and neither should you! Create a group of believers on campus who can work together to make disciples. 

You can look forward to regular coaching zoom calls. These will be 1×1 calls with the I Am Second team, but there will also be plenty of opportunities for coaching calls including ALL of the college campus ambassadors!

COLLEGE AMBASSADOR'S SUMMIT

If accepted into the College Campus Ambassador’s program, mark your calendar for July 10th through July 13th and get ready for the 2024 Campus Ambassador’s Summit! The Summit will take place at our headquarters in Plano, TX. During this event, you will get the opportunity to develop new friendships with like-minded college students, participate in fun games, and most importantly, get trained in simple tools and best practices for making disciples on your campus. You will not want to miss this event!

To apply, all you have to do is fill out the form below! Once the I Am Second team receives your form, you can expect to receive an email from us to schedule your interview.

We are looking for individuals with a fervent desire to make disciples on their campus. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who are willing to make intentional time each week to engage their campus.

The Summit serves as a pivotal event in the College Campus Ambassadors program! This is where ambassadors can form friendships with each other and learn strategies and tangible ways to start engaging your campus.

Our ambassador program aligns with the academic calendar. Therefore, at the conclusion of each Spring semester, you’ll have the opportunity to reapply for another year of being a Campus Ambassador.

Although I Am Second will handle the cost of food and hotel, we do ask that you pay for your flights to and from the Summit.

The I Am Second Campus Ambassador program offers a unique opportunity to collaborate not only with I Am Second, but also with other ministries and churches interested in reaching your campus. Moreover, it provides a pathway for you to engage in disciple-making on a full-time basis beyond college. Through our parent organization, e3 Partners, college campus ambassadors are often offered a transition into full-time missions post-graduation, should you feel called to pursue that path.
