Michael Dean Chadwick

Michael Dean Chadwick is all about paying it forward, living with the belief that everyone should use his or her talents and abilities to do something great for those who do not have the means to do it for themselves. Michael uses this philosophy as CEO of Chadwick American, LLC and 1st American Realty, LLC, acquiring, developing and constructing single-family homes and townhomes throughout North Carolina.

Founder and President of Michael Dean Chadwick Ministries, a nonprofit organization he uses to share his faith and to assist others in making a positive difference in their lives, Michael has partnered with a variety of national and local ministries to positively impact communities including the Washington Redskin’s Coach Joe Gibbs’ Youth for Tomorrow Charity; the V Foundation for Cancer Research; the Zone 32 drug and alcohol student addiction program; Fellowship of Christian Athletes; his daughter Kelly’s “Scripture Art;” and Triple Play Ministries, a ministry organized by his daughter, Katie, and son-in-law Josh Hamilton.

Michael has traveled numerous times to the Central African Republic to assist missionary, Jim Hockey, with Integrated Community Development International (ICDI), which brings clean water for thirsty people and “Living Water” for a starving nation. He is affectionately known internationally as “Big Daddy,” sharing a powerful message that God has a place for all of us. He often says, “When God can’t find a straight stick, he will use a crooked stick, and that would be me.”

During his lifetime, Michael has overcome a vast array of human struggles and experiences, which he chronicles in his soon-to-be published book. He shares those experiences to large and small audiences across the country from church groups, to high school and college athletes, to business organizations, and through radio broadcasts such as Focus on the Family, where millions have heard his inspirational story. His approach is relevant, motivational, humorous, and inspirational.
