Dan Hitzhusen recognizes the heartbeat of the Gospel is to make God’s name known among the nations, which he has passionately pursued for over 25 years. Today, he leads the international strategies and missions activities for e3 Partners, reaching out to more than 40 countries around the world.
Beginning his ministry by joining Campus Crusade for Christ in 1985, Dan served as Josh McDowell’s personal assistant. He had an incredible opportunity to work in over 200 different cities worldwide, which became instrumental in sparking his passion for reaching the nations.
Dan joined Global Missions Fellowship, which is now known as e3 Partners, in 1993 as a church planter. Global Missions Fellowship commissioned him to open the first regional office in San Diego. As a result of 10 years of hard work and prayer, he saw 303 church planting campaigns in 35 countries produce over 2,600 new churches and reach over 100,000 new believers.
In 2005, Dan became President of Global Missions Fellowship and helped the transition into joining forces with Evangecube to form e3 Partners. As the Vice President of e3 International, he currently oversees all e3 Partners field ministry. He has led groups on trips to 27 countries including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Kenya, Myanmar, Peru, Poland and Sudan.
Dan’s passion for international missions is evident in his speaking. He and his wife, Lorie, reside in Escondido, Calif., with their three teenagers, Jonathan, Joshua and Kimberly.
