Curtis Hail has devoted his life to sharing the saving message of God around the world, and in the process has seen God move in his own life in a big way, taking him eventually from leading international church planting trips, to the presidency of a worldwide para-church missions organization.
Believing he would pursue a career in business, Curtis worked his way up the ladder to be a managing partner of his regional CPA firm following graduation from the University of Texas at Austin School of Business. But in his early 30s, after 10 years of a career, speaking on behalf of pro-life issues, and serving in public office for six years as president of a public school board, Curtis felt called to vocational ministry. He attended Dallas Theological Seminary, where God called him into missions. Following graduation, he joined the fledgling ministry of Global Missions Fellowship, which is now known as e3 Partners, in 1989.
What God began with three people working in one room with one phone and copier, in one country of Mexico, He has now grown to over 400 people working in some 40 countries worldwide. Curtis led the ministry through rebranding in 2005, and brings both top business and theological training, along with strong strategic skills, to lead e3 Partners and its several initiatives including the popular I am Second.
Curtis has led scores of mission teams and trained thousands in evangelism and church planting. His life message is a challenge to live out Romans 12:1, surrendering your all as worship of God. His message resonates with leaders and those looking for purpose in life.
He and his wife of 37 years, Amy, reside in Dallas, Texas. They have three grown children.
